GROUP STRENGTH

Great for accountability, social engagement, motivation, and good old adherence. Pool your equipment, meet at the park, use it as a warm up or cool down with your group run, just get together and make it happen! Having a buddy to keep an eye on your technique will help you move better for longer. I've had some fun creating programs where you don't need to lay down and get dirty, just stand up, step up, jump around and sweat.
